The problem
A choir runs on a lot of small jobs: who came to rehearsal, who is in the concert, where the tickets stand. For this choir they lived in separate places.
What I built
- Public website. Concerts, auditions and tickets in one place people can find.
- Attendance system. Check-in at rehearsal, recorded for the director.
- Members database. One current list instead of several old ones.
- Concert and event project management. Who does what, and by when.

Why a musician
I sing tenor in a choir, play piano and teach it. I have been the member, the teacher and the performer, so I know what it costs when the list, the rehearsal plan and the concert live in three different places.
Beat one is the downbeat, the first beat of the bar, where everyone comes in together. That is what I build for: getting a whole organization onto the same beat.
I also run Studio Ronde, a piano school in Cairo.
